Clatsop County Public Works intends to contract for approximately 1 mile of overlay on Fishhawk Road and approximately 500 linear feet of overlay on Red Bluff Road starting at the Hwy. 26/Red Bluff intersection, as well as 100 feet of cutout paving on Lower Nehalem Road near the Woodard /Lower Nehalem Road intersection. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment. Sealed bids will be received at 1100 Olney Ave, Astoria, OR 97103 until 2:00 p.m. on May 6, 2026, when they will be opened and publicly read. Any bid received after the specified time will not be considered. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. A bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid is required. The County reserves the right to waive minor informalities and reject any or all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids if it is deemed to be in the public interest to do so.
