Site work for a communication facility in Niles, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
Sealed proposals marked for the "Summit Church - 3 Phase Power Project - Horizontal Directional Drilling Services" are to be submitted for furnishing the City of Niles with horizontal directional drilling services for this project. Bid and contract forms, as well as project specifications, are available for examination at the Utilities Department Office. Each proposal must include a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total proposal. Proposals without the required certified check or bid bond will not be accepted. All bidders must sign a certificate of compliance with all Federal and State non-discrimination laws and regulations. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous by the City Council. Proposals may not be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after the bid opening.
