This is a non-personal services contract to provide roadside brushing to the McKenzie River Ranger District of the Willamette National Forest. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide roadside brushing services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Interested parties are highly encouraged to visit the site before submitting an offer. Offerors must provide a work schedule, a Quality Control Plan outlining procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services, a list of equipment to be used along with the experience of equipment operators, pricing for all line items as requested in the Schedule of Items, and a list of three or more years of relevant past performance including period of performance, location, amount awarded, and point of contact information. Quotations will be evaluated for technical approach, price, and past performance, with award going to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, not necessarily the lowest price.
