In Summary, These Minimum Qualifications Include: Contractor: Must Have Been in Business Performing Substantially Similar Work to the Scope of This Project for at Least the Last Five (5) Years for Projects Worth at Least $75,000. Contractor Will Provide a Description of How They Meet This Requirement and in Addition, Provide References for Three (3) Projects That Demonstrate Substantially Similar Work. the Fire Protection Engineer Must Be Licensed in the State of Oregon. Supervisor/Superintendent the Project Superintendent Must Be Able to Provide Past Supervisory Performance Information for at Least Three (3) Projects Completed in the Past Five (5) Years Since No Earlier Than Year 2008, Worth at Least $75,000, Similar in Nature to the Scope of This Project. Sub-contractor: the Sub-contractor Must Have Been in Business Performing Substantially Similar Work to the Scope of This Project for at Least Five (5) Years for Projects Worth at Least $75,000.
