Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Junction City, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation of the water tower, including removing and restoring interior and exterior coatings, and removing, restoring, or replacing components on or inside the water tower to meet current code and engineering practice. Necessary action to keep the water system functional and environment safe during the project is also included. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Question Deadline 04/23/2026 Address all questions to Engineer's Contact Person Bidders must use the provided forms and follow the requirements in the Contract Documents. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted according to the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount are required. Use of American iron and steel is required. The successful bidder must conform to the wage requirements of the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, the State of Wisconsin, or the Contract requirements, with the highest wage prevailing. Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action requirements apply. The Village of Junction City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Village.
