Removal and disposal of existing doors , frames , glass, and hardware Salvaging and reinstallation of select existing hardware components Installation of approximately 13 doors , frames , and associated hardware Installation of 60 -minute fire -rated hollow metal frames and doors , and prefinished wood doors where specified Installation of 20 - minute and 60 - minute fire - rated glass and lite kits Installation and adjustment of door hardware including closers , hinges , locksets , and accessories Adjusting and testing all installed components to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards Work includes multiple locations throughout the building , including classrooms , mechanical rooms, corridors , offices, and exterior openings.
