The work consists of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform comprehensive inspection, cleaning, sanitizing, and documentation of HVAC systems in accordance with the latest ACR NADCA Standard for Assessment, Cleaning, and Restoration of HVAC Systems. Services include the removal of all visible surface contaminants from interior HVAC system components, including air handling units, fan coil units, main distribution ducts, branch ducts, and associated bathroom exhaust ventilation systems. The contractor is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all applicable system components, providing detailed verification of cleanliness, and documenting work performed in compliance with NADCA standards. The requirement includes a base scope of duct cleaning services for Building 560 and an optional scope for Building 534, with all work to be completed within an estimated 90-day period of performance.
