The successful bidder shall provide waste removal and recycling services for all designated West Ottawa Public School facilities, including but not limited to: supply, placement, and maintenance of dumpsters; scheduled waste and recycling collection; disposal and processing of waste and recyclable materials; and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor shall inspect all sites prior to submitting a bid, provide all equipment, containers, vehicles, and labor, and list all subcontractors, if any. All dumpsters shall be in place and ready for service by the start date specified. The bid price shall cover the specified seasons. The contractor shall submit a list of three references complete with names, addresses, phone numbers, and a contact person. Bids must be submitted on the attached bid form, signed by the bidder, and accompanied by a sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure statement and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. Bids must be properly labeled and addressed. West Ottawa Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any portion of a bid and is not bound to accept the low bid. The district may terminate the contract for non-compliance, providing thirty days' notice and allowing for a rebuttal period.
