750 tons, more or less, of PennDOT approved Superpave 9.5mm, PG64-22 Wearing Course, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESALS, SRL-L, FOB Plant of Supplier, FOB Delivered 750 tons, more or less, of PennDOT approved Superpave 9.5mm, PG64-22 Wearing Course, any ESALS, any SRL-L, FOB Plant of Supplier, FOB Delivered 750 tons, more or less, of PennDOT approved Superpave 25mm, PG64-22, Base Course, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESALS, FOB Plant of Supplier, FOB Delivered 100 tons, more or less, of Stock Piled Patching Materials, FOB Plant Of Supplier. FOB Delivered Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%), made payable to the Borough of Lehighton. A Performance Bond for 50% of the contract amount must be provided by the successful bidder. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality.
