Site work for a water / sewer project in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Provide architect-engineering services to furnish complete Design Documents and Construction Documents for the Replace Underground Sprinkler and Domestic Water Main project, Project No. 503-26-104. The A/E team shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and professional services necessary to design the replacement of existing underground fire sprinkler and domestic water mains. The design shall comply with current Department of Veterans Affairs guidelines, VA specifications, EPA requirements, and all applicable codes and standards, and shall be developed to meet site-specific and local requirements for the Altoona VA Medical Center. Design submittals shall be provided at the 30 percent, 60 percent, and 95 percent completion stages. The resulting contract will support completion of the design and subsequent construction of the completed design. Location: Altoona VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona, PA 16602. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. The Magnitude of Construction cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
