Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Somerton, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of developing and improving the pathway that runs from County 17 St between Orange Avenue to Cesar Chavez Avenue (starting from Orange Ave at the end of the subdivision fence). The work involves the installation of a new multi-use asphalt pathway approximately 10 feet in width and totaling approximately 7,500 square feet in area. Additionally, the work includes the installation of a concrete curb and gutter along a length of approximately 730 linear feet, adjacent to the new pathway. Any inquiry or exception to the solicitation shall be submitted as soon as possible and should be submitted at least ten (10) days before the Bid due date and time for review and determination by the City.
