This project is located in Suisun City, within the parcel at the northeast corner of Montebello Drive and Capistrano Drive. The scope includes the base project and additive bid alternates. Project improvements include the installation of a City-purchased restroom/concession structure, landscaping/irrigation, sod, concrete walk paths and curbs/gutters, utilities, bleachers, picnic tables, and concrete cornholes, as well as additive alternate bid items. Bids must be submitted through a sealed bid process. Attendance at a mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is required for all bidders; bids from those who do not attend or remain for the duration of the meeting will be rejected.
