The project defined within this Scope of Work is the replacement of all fluorescent and incandescent light fixtures in the hospital . This includes all interior lights of the hospital that have not already been replaced with LED light fixtures. This project also includes introducing control systems for all lights. Contractor shall install products following all manufacturer's specifications. The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $ 1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Project No. 010502-04 Interior lighting system upgrades and related electrical work, including furnishing and installing light fixtures, lighting control devices, and associated components in accordance with construction drawings and technical appendices. Work encompasses integration of lighting systems within the facility, supported by detailed plans, device specifications, and original building lighting layouts, along with compliance with applicable wage determinations and construction requirements.
