The work consists of resurfacing approximately 57 miles of Green Place, which is part of the Green Oaks Mobile Home Park. The Town of Holland is accepting lump sum bids for this project. Bidders must provide a certificate of Liability and Work-man's Compensation insurance. The completion date is to be negotiated at the time of contract but must be completed by October 31, 2026. Soil boring information is available upon request. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Road work shall include salvage topsoil excavate 6" depth , construct 6" of 1 1/4 " base course , 3" asphaltic surface (credit provided where excavating not required and existing pavement structure allows for pulverize /relay / asphalt treatment ) 2 ' of 3/4" base course shoulders re-gravel and re- seed/landscape any disturbed road edges match existing pavement width all incidental work including but not limited to sawcuts , butt joints , driveway matches , and traffic control maintain access to all driveway at all times unless approved by property owner and Town of Holland
