Sealed bids are requested for the HVAC Systems Replacement at the Training Center, 60772 Southgate Road, Cambridge, OH. Bidders must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in Ohio. Proposals must include the full name of the submitting party and all interested persons, as well as evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. The project is to be completed within 150 days. The owner reserves the right to hold bids for up to 60 days after opening and may award at any time during that period. The owner also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, adjust quantities, or waive informalities or irregularities in bids. Specifications and bid forms may be downloaded by email request from the office of the Architect. The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete HVAC Systems Replacement located at 60772 Southgate Road, Cambridge, OH 43725 for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with Contract Documents. Direct questions in writing to request for information (RFI) and addressed to the Architect, Kelly Architectural Services, Inc, by email kelly.architectural@gmail.com. Submit questions not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of Bids. Replies will be made by Addenda.
