Sealed proposals are requested for improvements for the CUMBERLAND RD RESURFACING PROJECT in Guernsey County, Ohio. The work consists of everything necessary to complete the project as shown by the plans and specifications available at the Office of the Guernsey County Engineer. Bidders must submit a complete package including a proposal bond, experience statement, time of completion, personal property tax affidavit, and proposal forms. State prevailing wage requirements apply. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder will need to provide a 100% performance bond, a certificate of insurance, and a workers compensation certificate. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors may submit bids for this project. Envelopes must be marked "CUMBERLAND RD RESURFACING PROJECT." The owner reserves the right to waive formalities or reject any or all bids. Award is subject to final approval.
