The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work to be performed includes roof access hatch safety enhancements, roof drainage and gutter improvements at critical areas, selective door replacements for improved visibility and safety, vehicle access gate expansion, and interior refinements to the locker room and showers, and lighting for safety and privacy. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) improvements include replacements and reconfiguration of emergency shower and eye wash stations with new stainless-steel unions and associated plumbing connections, selective updates to standby generator and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) power systems for intermediate distribution frame (IDF) rooms, and a new Emergency Response Center, and relocation of access control and communication infrastructure to support reconfigured security gates. All work performed must follow the approved plans.
