Work not specifically called for, but which must be accomplished to construct the ramps required under this contract, shall be considered as a part of this contract, whether or not specifically detailed. The estimated cost for this project ranges from $150,000.00 to $215,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Liquidated Damages which are $250.00 per day. The City of Aurora reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to accept that bid which is considered to be in the best interest of the City
