Work performed under this contract entails - Separation wall and doors between backstage and rehearsal/performance space Mechanical work required for backstage space per design documents highlighted in blue on sheet M1.0 Electrical work required for backstage space per design documents highlighted in blue on sheet E1.0, E2.0 - Fire suppression required for backstage Add/Alternate 1- Backstage complete ceiling assembly Note: SPAC-6 is owner supplied and the condensing unit is currently in a box on the roof. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The estimated cost for this project ranges from $60,000.00 to $67,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contract Documents require that all work be completed within 46 Consecutive Calendar Days plus 10 Consecutive Calendar Days for Mobilization after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
