Sealed bids are requested for separate contracts for Construction Work and HVAC Work for the Upgrade Food Service Facilities project at The New York State Veterans Home in Montrose, NY. Each bid must comply with the Instructions to Bidders and include a bid security in the specified amount. Successful bidders will need to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the contract value. Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation is required for the HVAC contract (30% overall, with 15% for MBE and 15% for WBE), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) participation is required at 3% for the HVAC contract.
