Renovation of an educational facility in Stony Brook, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY") is soliciting qualifications from consultants to perform design services for the Nobel Hall Esports Facility at Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, New York in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 2526-136MC RFQ (Request for Qualification) and Exhibits. This is a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for design services to renovate an existing meeting space located on the 2nd floor of Nobel Hall +-2,530 SQ. FT. and adjacent Lobby and electrical closet(s) for new Esports Facility, occupancy remains unchanged as assembly space. Electrical scope includes providing under carpet power to gaming stations, replacing existing damaged floor box covers, re-lamping +-85 existing light fixtures, adding power and switching for new LED light strips along walls and adding additional power in various areas and various conduit pathways for out in house IT department to run their data.
