The purpose is to obtain pricing from vendors to furnish, deliver, and assemble Aluminum Pipe with Headwalls for multiple projects within Division 4 for bridge maintenance. These structures are needed for pipe replacement in several locations within Division 4 and will be placed into inventory until an exact installation date is determined. The solicitation aims to award an Agency Specific Contract for a one-time purchase. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined, and vendors are responsible for reviewing all instructions, terms, and addenda, and for complying with all requirements and specifications. Questions or exceptions regarding any components must be submitted as outlined in the BID QUESTIONS section. The State may communicate changes via addendum, and only negotiated or addenda-incorporated changes will be considered; other attempts to modify terms may result in bid rejection.
