Des Moines Public Schools will be requesting statements of qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk services to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Brubaker/Hoyt Signature School Addition and Renovation project at 2700 and 2900 E 42nd Street, Des Moines, IA 50317. The selected firm will enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract. The selection will use a two-step process: (1) Request for Qualifications and (2) Request for Proposals. Selection criteria include firm information, safety record, current capacity to perform, and compliance with Iowa and Federal laws.
