Sealed bids are invited for construction subcontracts to the GC/CM Contract for the Sumner High School Addition PH2, specifically for Group I Bid Packages: BP03A - Structures and BP31A - Sitework, Utilities & Earthwork. Bids must be delivered to the Sumner Bonney Lake School District Office. Bids received after the dates and times stated will not be considered. A non-mandatory, but highly encouraged, pre-bid conference will be held for all Group I Bid Packages at Sumner High School. Contract documents are available online. Bid guarantees of 5% of the total bid amount, in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check made to Skanska U.S.A. Building, Inc., are required. The project is committed to maximizing participation by small business entities and disadvantaged business enterprises, including state-certified minority business enterprises and women business enterprises. Subcontractors may participate in a retention bond instead of standard retention. Bidders may withdraw proposals by submitting a written request before the bid opening time. Skanska USA Building, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any non-material informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
