Description

Site work for a civil project in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The project generally consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 150 linear feet of asphalt path and base material over culverts. Scope includes the removal of existing storm pipe culverts, support structures, and 155 linear feet of chain link fencing, and the installation of a new box culvert and a concrete cap on an existing sanitary sewer line. Work involves temporary water management, erosion and sediment control, general excavation, and slope stabilization. Further work includes creek bed restoration, step pool installation, stream enhancement, installation of a gabion retaining wall and split-rail fence, tree and invasive species removal, and vegetated corridor seeding, planting, surface restoration, and maintenance.
