Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlestown, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Specifics for the RFP: o 170' sill, backfilled with sand and planted with native shoreline vegetation. o Provisions for a boat ramp on 317 Tasker property--to be paid for by the homeowner. o Work sites are accessible by land. o Vendor must provide drawings/diagrams to MDE, Corps of Engineers, DNR and any other applicable governing body for approval and be responsible for all permit applications. o Vendor must be an Approved marine contractor. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make an award, if any, that in their opinion, will best suit the needs of the Town. Bidders are expected to examine the Invitation to Bid, the Scope of Work, Contractual Requirements and General Information. In case doubt shall arise as to the meaning or intent of anything in the Invitation to Bid, inquiry should be made to the Administrator, Ken Hamilton at (410) 287-6173 or khamilton@charlestownmd.org before the bid is submitted.
