The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, janitorial supplies, cleaners, and incidentals necessary for cleaning and janitorial services for the French River Fisheries Office located in Duluth, St. Louis County The approximate total office space is 3,580 square feet and the approximate total carpeted area is 2,750 square feet. Duties include, but not limited to, cleaning and disinfecting all surface areas, bathrooms, and appliances; vacuuming and mopping floors; dusting all surface areas; washing windows; emptying wastebaskets and recycling bins. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
