This project consists of interior and exterior renovation of a community library in Queens, New York. Work includes demolition, general construction, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, security, telecommunications, signage, and landscape scope. Seeking Proposals from qualified MWBE & SDVOB subcontractors & suppliers for the following trades: selective demolition, asbestos, concrete, masonry, metal, millwork, roofing, water proofing, applied fire protection, storefronts, hollow metal doors and hardware, curtain walls, carpentry, drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, painting, tile, stone, bathroom accessories, directories, signage, appliances, book depositories, book theft protection, window shades, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA. Labor Affiliation: PLA/UNION Project Estimate: $12 Million Est. Start Date: The Contractor shall commence the Work of the Contract Documents at the time to be specified in the Notice to Proceed. Substantial Completion Date: 1,095 calendar days
