The Town of Dunn is accepting bids for an LRIP Project on 190th Avenue. The work involves applying warm or hot mix asphalt, 22 feet wide, with a 3-inch compacted mat applied in two 1.5-inch lifts using two pavers for a seamless mat. The project covers approximately 1.5 miles from County Road Y to 510th Street (Hardscrabble). The roads must include two flare-outs for driveway and field entrances and inside corners. Project completion is required by September 1, 2026. The Town reserves the right to bill a delay fee if the completion date is missed. Bids should be sent to Town of Dunn, N2713 State Road 25, Menomonie, WI 54751, and are due by Monday, May 11, 2025. The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
