Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a religious / funeral development in De Pere, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a religious / funeral development; for the demolition of a religious / funeral development; for the remodel of a religious / funeral development; and for site work for a religious / funeral development.
Project includes construction of an addition of approximately 2,900 square feet containing a multi-purpose cultural hall, classroom and meeting rooms, toilet facilities, a serving area, storage, replacement and remodeling of interior finishes in the existing building, reroofing of the existing roof, existing building window and storefront replacement, expansion of parking on the southwest portion of the site and relocation of the existing sewer septic system. It includes demolition and replacement of existing HVAC and plumbing equipment; modifications to the existing mechanical mezzanine to accommodate new equipment; electrical modification and lighting replacement. The date of Substantial Completion (excluding landscaping to be completed in the spring/summer of 2027) for this work will be February 9, 2027, and will be as noted in the Agreement. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid will accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity therein.
