Award:: Peters Concrete Company in the amount of $470,708.50 Project 26-14 includes the following approximate quantities: 520 LF new and relay storm sewer (12-inch to 15-inch) and associated appurtenances; 850 tons asphaltic concrete pavement; 1,350 CY of crushed aggregate base course of salvaged pulverized asphalt concrete pavement; 1,930 CY unclassified excavation; 520 LF slip form curb and gutter; concrete pavement, sidewalk, and driveway replacement; restoration; dumpster enclosure construction. Each bidder shall pre-qualify by submitting proof of responsibility on forms furnished by the Director of Public Works. Such forms shall be filed with the Director of Public Works no later than 4:00 PM, Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Prospective bidders who have previously submitted such forms subsequent to January 1, 2026 will not be required to separately submit such forms for this project. A bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of De Pere, is required as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute a contract and furnish a contract bond as set forth in the General Conditions. Question Deadline Date May 18, 2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
