Offerors must include the following in their quote: SAM UEI, TIN Number, CAGE Code, Contractor Name, Payment Terms or Discount, Point of Contact Name and Phone Number, Email Address, Price, Warranty, Date Offer Expires, FOB Destination, Delivery Lead Time and Period of Performance Terms, and Technical Approach. Submission of written offers only; oral offers will not be accepted. Evaluation criteria include technical acceptability, price, and past performance, with award based on Best Value. The requirement is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business under NAICS 811310, 'Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance.'
