This is a Request for Quote for annual alignment and preventative maintenance services for Air Conditioning Unit 2 (ACU-2) at Edwards Air Force Base. Interested parties are invited to submit a complete written quote, including the completed SF1449 and a separate quote in PDF format, containing information and pricing for all contract line items. Quotes must contain sufficient detail for the government to evaluate requirements as detailed in the solicitation. The requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 811310. The period of performance is five years (base year plus four option years). Evaluation will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach; offers must demonstrate a technical approach and capability to perform the required services in accordance with the Statement of Work. Offerors must provide contractor information with their quote, including SAM UEI, TIN, CAGE code, contractor name, payment terms, point of contact, price, warranty, offer expiration date, FOB destination, period of performance terms, and a technical approach. Offers must include complete copies of applicable provisions from SF1449; incomplete offers will not be considered. Quotes are to be submitted via email in accordance with instructions provided.
