Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Edwards AFB, California. Completed plans call civil work for an industrial development.
Deliver, construct, and install an 80'L x30'W x16'H lean-to on the asphalt 25' south of the B1820 vehicle gate at Edwards AFB, CA. Perform site preparation, erect safety barricades, complete site clean-up, and demobilization of facilities and sites. Include in the quote sufficient information and pricing for all contract line items. Ability to provide, construct, and install the lean-to and pour concrete footings is required. Offerors shall submit written quotes via email, including completed applicable provisions, contractor information (SAM UEI, TIN Number, CAGE Code, Contractor Name, Payment Terms or Discount, Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, Email address, Warranty, Offer Expiration Date, FOB Destination, Estimated Delivery Lead Time), and warranty details. All quotations will be evaluated based on lowest price technically acceptable (LTPA).
