Acquisition of depot-level repair and calibration services for three non-operational Rohde & Schwarz FSV40-N Signal and Spectrum Analyzers for Edwards AFB, CA. Offerors must provide quote information using the attached SF 1449 in addition to a separate PDF quote, ensuring all contract line items (CLINs) on the SF1449 are included. Quotes must include sufficient detail for the Government to evaluate the requirements, with the following contractor information: SAM UEI, TIN Number, CAGE Code, Contractor Name, Payment Terms or Discount, Point of Contact Name and Phone Number, Email address, Warranty, Date Offer Expires, FOB Destination, Estimated Delivery Lead Time, Technical Approach, and a completed copy of RFO 52.222-48 Exemption certification. Technical proposals must demonstrate the capability to perform the required services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The award will utilize a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. Each initial quote should represent the best terms for both price and technical aspects, as award may occur without negotiations.
