The work consists of furnishing labor, materials, and necessary equipment for structural repairs to the elevated walkways at fully occupied Greenbridge Apartment Buildings A, B, and C. The scope includes removing and re-installation of existing metal railings at walkways as needed to perform repairs, maintaining resident access and safety. The contractor must remove soffits and deck sheathing as required to perform structural repairs on walkways, remove walkway support posts and knee braces, and replace them with steel framing utilizing existing knife plates for connections. The contractor must also replace walkway edge wood beams. Access to complete drawings and bid documents is available online. Attendance at the pre-bid site visit is mandatory for all bidders.
