Proposals will be received for the MT. OLIVER 2026 CCTV INSPECTION CONTRACT. This project consists of light cleaning and closed-circuit televising (CCTV) inspection of approximately 7,600 L.F. of 8" - 15" sanitary sewers, including heavy cleaning as needed and traffic control, complete in place. All work will be conducted within Mt. Oliver Borough. All proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are not required. Required documents upon acceptance include Performance, Maintenance, and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the specified amounts, and Certificates of Workman's Compensation. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent of the total proposal value. The proposal must remain firm for sixty days. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, qualified, and responsible bidder based on the total bid submitted. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to award a contract for all or any portion of the work listed in the proposal, as determined by the total quantities and unit prices bid for each item.
