Renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Port Washington, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.
SEALED BIDS will be received by the Department of Public Works of the Town of North Hempstead for the Carlton Avenue Retaining Wall Rehabilitation Project, Port Washington, NY (DPW Project No. 22-07). Bids must be sealed, submitted in the pre-marked envelope provided with the Bid Documents or in a similarly marked package, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Town of North Hempstead for at least five percent (5%) of the Bid price. All bidders must complete the required Contractor's Qualifications Statement and provide a Statement of Financial Conditions. Bids must comply with the Specifications, Contract Plans, and terms of the proposed Contract. Bids must be submitted in writing on forms furnished. A Pre-Bid non-mandatory meeting will be held on Tuesday, APRIL 21,2026 at 11 am onsite.
