Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Trinity, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Trinity plans to submit an application to the Texas General Land Office (GLO) for the 2024 Disasters Local Communities Program (LCP) Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering Firm (individual/firm) to prepare application project scope, map and budget as well as all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. These services are being solicited to assist the City in its application preparation and project implementation of an LCP contract, if awarded, to support improvement activities at sewer facilities in Trinity. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
