Remodeling of an educational facility in Bronson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The scope of work includes the addition of two bi-level electric water coolers with bottle fillers and filtration to meet Michigan's Filter First Legislation covering K-12 schools, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids will be accepted under seal for the project located at Anderson Elementary, 335 E Corey Street, Bronson, MI 49028. Bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and any member of the school board or superintendent. A bid security in the form of a surety bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount is required. Performance and Payment bonds will also be required. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those deemed in the Owner's best interests.
