SCOPE OF WORK: The project includes sitework with clearing some trees and vegetation, constructing a 257 square foot wood structure filtration building, infiltration pond, installing pyrolusite filtration system, site piping, electrical, and site improvements. An additive schedule of work includes installation of fencing and gates around the well house and new treatment building and wellhouse roof replacement. The Work shall be physically complete within 100 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
