Sealed Bids for W.G. Rice Elementary School Restroom Improvements will be received by South Middleton School District for the following construction contract: (1) General Construction (2) Plumbing. Bids must be accompanied by a 10% bid guarantee, payable to the Owner. This construction work is a public works project subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Appropriate prevailing minimum rates must be paid by contractors. The project is also subject to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
