Mount Holly Springs Borough (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Phase 2 Crosswalk Improvements The work generally includes the installation of decorative crosswalks along S.R. 0034 at the intersections of Pine Street, Mill Street, and Harman Street in Mount Holly Springs Borough, Cumberland County, PA. This project was financed [in part] by a Community Development Block Grant. Questions Due Date: Mar 31st 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Online questions submission. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) and the federal Davis-Bacon Act shall apply. Mount Holly Springs Borough reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of Mount Holly Springs Borough, and to reject any or all proposals.
