Renovation of a municipal facility in Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Per architect, no bids were received. Bidders shall be qualified, bondable contractors, with a minimum of five years of experience on similar projects. Proposals shall be irrevocable for (90) days after bid opening, in compliance with Act #317 of 1978, approved November 26, 1978, and as amended, and shall be accompanied by 10% bid bond or certified check, payable to The Borough of Mount Holly Springs. Project Scope of Work for the SINGLE PRIME CONTRACT; General Construction. Base Bid renovations include, but not limited to the following; Masonry restoration, Preservation Carpentry, Window Restoration, Painting, New Ramp, Electrical, and HVAC work. The project is subject to applicable provisions of the following, including any amendments and supplements: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987; Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744; Pennsylvania Public Works Contractor's Bond Law of December 20, 1967, P.L. 869, no. 385. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the project sum will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, or omissions.
