Municipal (Residential) Solid Waste and Recyclables Collection, Transport and Disposal Services, for a Period of Three Years Beginning April 1, 2025 and Ending March 31, 2028, With Two One-year Renewal Options, for a Total of Up to Five Years. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security, in the Amount of Ten Percent of the Estimated Revenues for the Year in the Contract Period Estimated to Generate the Largest Revenue (as Stated in the Bidder's Bid), in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bond. Dickinson Township Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids for Any Reason, Including the Lowest Bid, to Waive Informalities and Technicalities in the Bids Received, and to Accept the Bid Which It Deems to Be in the Best Interest of Dickinson Township.
