Description

Site work and new construction of a civil project in Summerfield, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Town of Summerfield intends to construct a fire flow system consisting of a 150,000-gallon elevated storage tank (EST) and a supply well with a minimum well yield of 200 gpm. This will support a 1,000 gpm flow for a 2 hour duration for the fire flow system. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before December 31, 2026.
