Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 135,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Market & Johnson is enclosing a Request for Qualifications & Budget on the MEP services for this project. MEP's consist of Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. This RFQ and Budget are based on the attached Design Development documents. The project itself consists of construction of the new St. Croix Health Hospital and Clinic, located in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. The project will include the construction of a new 135,000 sf single story hospital. The following work has been previously awarded: Concrete, Masonry, Structural steel material, Structural steel installation, Framing/gypsum walls, MRI shielding, Pneumatic tube system, Asphalt Paving, Curb and gutters, Earthwork and utilities. The balance of the work will be bid in Bid Package #2 which is anticipated to be released in June.
