Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal of existing siding and replacement of the siding, soffits, and fascia on the town hall, town hall sign, and bulletin board with LP Smart Siding 8" lap siding and aluminum soffits and fascia using the existing color scheme. Bids to be considered must be sealed and received at the town hall prior to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2026. The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any, any part of, and/or all bids and to waive irregularities and information therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the Town of St. Croix Falls.
