Renovation of a military facility in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Work consists of replacing the aging fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems with new non-proprietary fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems across multiple buildings to address frequent false alarms and maintenance challenges. The scope includes demolition and replacement of existing systems; installation of a new electronic access control system with card reader access for selected doors; replacement of selected doors, frames, and hardware; and responsibility for minor patching, painting, and firestopping to maintain existing conditions. Optional work includes installation of a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system for selected buildings and installation of exterior lighting to complement video surveillance cameras. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete all contract requirements.
