Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of St. Croix Falls is requesting bids for 2026 road maintenance projects. The work includes Reconstruction of Maple Dr. from 220th St. west approximately 4,210 feet, involving widening, subbase, drainage, storm sewer, curb, and paving. Pulverizing, Fine Grading & Paving projects are specified for: 1) S. Jefferson St., Connecticut St. to terminus (22' x 1,400'); 2) N. Adams St., Hwy. 87 to hilltop (30' x 540'); 3) 220th St., Maple Dr. to Pine St. (22' x 530'); 4) N. Madison St., State St. to Church St. (20' x 360'); 5) S. Adams St., clinic entrance to State St. (16' x 440'); 6) Ruess Pkwy. turnaround (~6,000 sq. ft.). Mill & Pave work is to be done on 220th St., Hwy. 8 to Pine St. (32' x 1,840'). Bids are to be submitted by 12:00 p.m., May 20, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the most advantageous proposal. Proof of insurance is required.
